U.S. DMF registration

Wuhu Huaren Technology Co., Ltd. recently received a confirmation letter from the US FDA, and the DMF documents of oligonucleotide raw material 2'-F-dG (iBu) and 2'-O-TBDMS-rU phosphorite monomer submitted by the company successfully completed the registration of the two products. In addition to the 2'-OMe-rA(Bz) phosphoramidite monomer that has been filed in 2024, the company has now obtained U.S. DMF registration numbers for three core monomers. The company's other DNA, RNA, F generation, OMe, MOE series core monomer products and GalNAc series products are preparing for DMF submission.
